Introducing Villa Maliya: A NewProject by New Life Bali
At New Life Bali, we take pride in bringing projects to life that not only look great but also work well for our clients. One of our most recent projects, Villa Maliya, is a great example of this approach. It's a 3-bedroom villa located just 20 minutes from the Canggu, built with careful attention to detail and respect for the surrounding environment.

The Process: From Start to Finish
Developing Villa Maliya was a journey that took 18 months, from finding the right plot of land to handing over the keys. Along the way, we focused on making sure that every step—from design to construction – was managed properly, with input from a team of professionals who care about the details.
A Simple, Comfortable Design
The villa's design focuses on simplicity and ease, with a strong vibe of feminine energy of the owner. The living areas are spacious and filled with natural light, with large windows and sliding doors that connect the inside to the garden. The layout is designed to be both functional and comfortable, with a clean, contemporary look. Not to mention how great it looks in pictures!
Living Room and Dining Area
In the living room, a soft sofa and light colors create a cozy space, while the dining area is designed to work for everyday meals or hosting guests. It's all about making the most of the space, without overwhelming it.
A Kitchen That Works for You
The kitchen is fully equipped, with plenty of space to cook and prepare meals. We made sure it would be easy to use and practical, while still maintaining a modern and clean look. Plus, the windows offer a nice view of the outdoors, making it a pleasant place to spend time.
Bedrooms Designed for Rest
Each bedroom is designed to be a peaceful place to relax after a day of enjoying Bali. The natural wood finishes and simple furnishings create a calm, inviting atmosphere, perfect for a good night's sleep.
Bathrooms That Feel Like Home
The bathrooms are designed to feel comfortable and easy to use, with minimalist features and simple touches that reflect the natural materials used throughout the villa.
The Pool: A Place to Relax
The swimming pool is a central feature of Villa Maliya garden, offering a peaceful space to chill and recharge. Whether you're enjoying a swim or just lounging by the poolside, it's a place to relax and take in the surrounding views.
Villa Maliya: A Project We're Proud Of Is Waiting for You
We're really proud of how Villa Maliya turned out. It's not just about the design or the space; it's about creating a place that works for people and respects the environment around it. Villa Maliya is now ready for rental and new visitors. Check her instagram for more details!
