Terms & Conditions for Real Estate Agent Network

Participation is open to individual real estate agents operating in Bali or Indonesia, whether working independently or affiliated with an agency.

Submitting a registration form does not guarantee acceptance. New Life Bali reserves the right to approve or reject any application at its sole discretion.

Once approved, agents will receive access to our Data Room and marketing materials.
These materials are intended solely for the purpose of promoting New Life Bali’s projects to potential clients.

Agents must not:

• Share confidential materials with unauthorized parties
• Publish or advertise listings publicly without New Life Bali’s prior approval
• Misrepresent any project information or terms

Partner agents can earn commissions under the following structure:

• 1% commission of the final transaction price for providing a lead (providing verified client contact details without further involvement), who will sign sales agreement;
• 5% commission of the final transaction price for handling the full transaction process (from introducing the client through to final sale, including communication, site visits, and client support).

Full details and payment timelines will be provided individually after a successful match or transaction.

New Life Bali reserves the right to terminate an agent’s access to the Partner Network if:

• The agent breaches these Terms
• The agent acts unethically or misuses information
• The agent remains inactive for a prolonged period

New Life Bali is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from an agent’s independent actions or third-party dealings.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Indonesia.
